Responsibilities
Generate a Wow effect by providing the best advice and experience to our members.
Provide and promote our services and products to potential interested clients along with follow-up calls.
Assist our members via WhatsApp / Chatbot / Tickets / Emails / calls to resolve inquiries and provide advice.
Manage our members' databases.
Monitor pending payments to be uploaded to the system.
Develop and lead renewal campaigns using SMS, EMAIL MARKETING.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, follow-ups, and results, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Proactively follow up with existing members, strengthening business relationships.
Requirements
Knowledge in the Technology or Software sector.
Minimum one year of experience in sales and/or customer service (ideal if in the technology or software sector).
Preferably with knowledge in the domain, hosting, SSL certificates industry, etc.
Knowledge in managing Web programs (Google Suite)
Great willingness to learn, contribute to the team and our members.
A positive, proactive, and cheerful attitude.
Benefits
Salary: Between $1,300,000 to $1,500,000 + Connectivity Allowance $162,000 + Monthly Non-Salary Payment $200,000 (After completion of Probation Period) + Commissions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
