Responsibilities

• Create a Wow effect by providing the best advice and experience to our members.

• Offer and sell our services and products to qualified leads, ensuring their satisfaction and achieving commercial goals.

• Advise our members via Whatsapp / Chatbot / Tickets / Emails / Calls.

• Monitor payments.

• Prepare regular reports on commercial activities, follow-ups, and results, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

• Execute activities focused on customer retention.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in sales and/or customer service roles (ideally in the technology, software, or digital services sector).

• Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, chat platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Soft skills: Positive attitude, empathy, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach.

• Salary: $1,300,000 + Connectivity Allowance $162,000 + Non-Salary Monthly Payment $300,000 + Commissions (monthly average between $300,000 to $700,000) and even more depending on effort and achieved sales closures each month.
