Is validation required before generating the purchase?

Yes, it is necessary that we carry out a validation of colombian documentation before generating the purchase, since it must be guaranteed that the text messages sent are not fraudulent. For this you must attach the Chamber of Commerce, RUT and Citizenship Certificate of your company's legal representative.

What number of characters are allowed?

Currently, all bulk text message providers have a maximum of 160 characters per message. If you send more than allowed, an additional text message will be sent.

How do I upload my contact list?

To do this, you just have to organize your database in Excel in .csv format, and you can also upload them manually. Always remember to place the international phone prefix (for example, +1 for the US) on all your phone numbers.

Can I send links or links within my mass messages?

Yes, you can send links, links or shorteners within your text messages, however, it is necessary to carry out a manual validation of your campaign to avoid fraudulent messages, these validations can take up to 48 hours. You can use any link shortener in the market.

What kind of content is not allowed in ClickPanda’s SMS campaigns?

ClickPanda prohibits sending any offensive material, promote illegal activities, or disturb others in its SMS campaigns. It is not allowed to include:

Which countries can I send text messages to?

Currently, our SMS service is only available for numbers within Colombia. We do not offer bulk messaging to other countries, so we recommend ensuring that your recipients are located in Colombia before running your campaigns.
